Naples Downtown Parking
Both 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South business districts offer free on-street parking 24/7. This includes side streets with designated parking spots, though it excludes areas where sod meets the pavement, driveways, or any location without marked parking spaces. Be sure to observe parking signs around the Naples Pier and on streets providing beach access. On some of these streets, parking meters are in place for those without a Collier County Beach Pass.

Valet Parking – Professional valet services are provided seasonally by Valet Pros. Valet parking is available seasonally from 5:00 pm until midnight for $7 per car. Map with all valet locations:
- Location 1 (Located in the alley at the north side of 5th Ave S Behind Bistro 821) Most convenient for Bistro 821, Chops, Pazzo, Bha Bha, Cafe Milano, Aqua, La Trattoria, Sushi Thai. Open October 1st to May 31st
- Location 2 (Located at Cambier Park Way Behind Vergina Restaurant) Most convenient for Vergina, Hob Nob, Ocean Prime, Yabba, Roma, L’Olivo. Open October 1st to May 31st
- Location 3 (Located at the Corner of 5th Ave S & E Lake Dr.) Most convenient for Del Mar, The Brick Coffee, SideBar, and 5th Ave Coffee Co. Open October 1st to May 31st
- Location 4 (Located at the corner of 5th Ave S & W Lake Dr.) Most Convenient for Osteria Tulia, Bar Tulia, Gelato & Co, La Pescheria. Open all year-round
- Location 5 (Located in the alley at the north side of 5th Ave S Behind Sails) Most convenient for Sails, Sava, The French. Open all year-round
- Location 6 (Located in the alley at the south side of 5th Ave S Behind BICE) Most convenient for: BICE, Dolce & Salato, Veranda E. at Hotel Escalante Open December 1st to May 31st
